The Microbiome is the collection of millions of microorganisms living in and on your body. These microorganisms such as bacteria, fungi, and viruses are essential for your health.

In our body, we are talking a lot about the gut Microbiome. The use of probiotics (good bacterias) support the balance of our digestive Microbiome.

On our body, especially on the skin, the ecosystem of these microorganisms is called the Skin Microbiome. It keeps your skin healthy, unfortunately, too many are not aware of its existence and its importance.
